Today would have been The Crucible’s Fire & Light Soirée and Art Auction, our annual fundraiser that generates over $250,000 to fund scholarships and support for our industrial arts education programs. At The Crucible's 2020 Fire & Light Soirée, for one night only, this industrial arts school transforms into an elegant ballroom with luminous art installations, breathtaking performances that awe and inspire, and of course, fire!
On Saturday night, The Crucible community gathered for our 20th Anniversary Fire & Light Soirée and Art Auction, contributing over $240,000 in support of The Crucible’s industrial arts programming, by bidding on 17 different works of art in the auction and through direct donations to our programming.
