Description
Learn the foundational techniques of moldmaking using plaster and clay. This course introduces
the principles of creating one-, two-, and multi-part molds?ranging from simple to complex de-
signs. Students will explore how plaster molds can be used to reproduce objects in a variety of
materials, discovering both the accuracy and versatility of this classic moldmaking medium.
Students may bring small objects (approximately 4?x4?x4?) to reproduce. Please note: items
may be damaged or destroyed during the moldmaking process, so avoid bringing anything precious or irreplaceable.
