Deepi Brar

Early in my career I worked in molecular and cell biology, neuroscience, and gene therapy research labs, so I'm comfortable interacting with scientists, doctors, and other technical professionals. I love translating research data into something usable and interesting for a wide audience.

I bring many identities to my work: daughter of immigrants, woman of color in STEM, cancer survivor, caregiver, mother, ally, and advocate. My experiences have taught me to value people and teams who are caring, creative, and purposeful. As a manager, I'm collaborative, inclusive, supportive, honest, and open to new ideas.
