BIO

Born and raised in the East Bay, Cornelia has over 20 years of experience working with non-profit and government agencies in facilitation, strategic planning, executive coaching, fundraising, financial literacy and DEI training. She earned a Bachelor’s in Ethnic Studies from Mills College and a Master’s in Liberal Studies from Saint Mary’s College of California. Always community oriented, she is interested in preserving and expanding the abundance of artistic and cultural wealth of Oakland. She is a proud mother of three and her avocations include sewing, quilting, interior design and salsa dancing.
