Anne Pauley

Anne has experience as a product development engineer, program manager, and product manager. She values continuous innovation across product lines and a strong company culture built on transparency and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Anne started out as a special event and front desk volunteer at The Crucible when she moved to West Oakland in 2018, and became the TA and instructor for digital fabrication. Anne brings a decade of experience working in hardware development and manufacturing operations, operations and harm reduction for festivals and Burning Man events, and building big art with Flaming Lotus Girls and Five Ton Crane.
