While earning her MFA from the University of Georgia, she traveled to Italy and taught stonecarving. After graduation, Elizabeth was an Emerging Artist in Residence at Sloss Furnaces in Birmingham, Alabama. Currently she is an Assistant Professor at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, teaching sculpture and glassworking courses.
