Ellen Babcock moved to the Bay Area to attend an MFA program in sculpture at CCAC. She lived for many years in Santa Fe, NM, working as a professional mold maker with area foundries, including Shidoni and the Art Foundry. She has created sculptures in a wide range of cast materials; from bronze, glass and pewter, to latex and porcelain.
