In addition to focusing on the sculptural process he has worked to broaden his understanding of modern fabricating materials and techniques, and increase his overall dexterity in all artistic disciplines. His professional career has consisted of Exhibit Technician for three years at the MSU Museum, and Lead Installer for Vista Hardwood Shutters of California.
