- A $5 per ticket convenience fee will be charged on each 1 or 2-day tickets unless they are purchased at the office.
- A $5 per ticket convenience fee will be charged on each 3-day VIP passes unless they are purchased at the office or via phone.
Office hours are Monday thru Friday, 10-6.
Members may purchase a maximum of 4 VIP passes OR 4 2-day tickets OR 4 individual tickets at the member prices.
Online ticket sales will end at 10am on Friday, July 14 and you will no longer be able to purchase tickets in advance. If we have not processed your credit card transaction by then, you must buy your tickets at the door. After July 14 you will not be able to buy advance tickets at The Crucible in person. Please make sure that you choose the date of performance carefully before purchasing online. When you receive your tickets in the mail confirm that you’ve been sent tickets for the correct date when you receive them. The earlier we are able to address ticketing problems, the more likely they will be resolved to your satisfaction. We will not be able to make any substitutions, exchanges or refunds at the festival!
- Only purchase tickets directly from the Crucible, via online, phone or in the office. There are no other authorized ticket sellers for the Fire Arts Festival and we will be unable to honor counterfeit tickets.
- All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and event will occur rain or shine.
There will be check-in tables for our VIP patrons who purchase our 3-Day Pass and a will-call table for any other pre-event ticket purchase. An I.D. will be required for all will-call tickets. We encourage you to purchase your ticket prior to the event - we will have tickets available for purchase at the gate only as space allows. Event will have limited first-come, first-served seating.
- No cameras or recording equipment of any kind (see below.)
- No bottles, cans, coolers, lawn furniture, weapons or illegal drugs. Smoking in designated areas only.
- Anyone attempting a spontaneous fire performance or installation within the premises will be ejected immediately.
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Patrons will be subjected to loud noises, bursts of flame, amplified music & strobe-like effects.
- The Crucible is not responsible for the loss or theft of any items.
In order to protect our patrons' privacy and respect our performers and artists ingenuity we ask that there be no photography or videography without prior written permission from The Crucible. Under no circumstance will images of The Fire Arts Festival be sold without written consent from The Crucible in addition to a model release from individual(s) depicted in the image. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these rules.
