Janet has been enthusiastically exploring the world of glass art for the past 25 years. She is the co-head of the Crucible Glass Department where she teaches Intro to Kiln Fired Glass, Continuation of Kiln Fired Glass and Stained Glass Sculpture. She is the Glass Coordinator and an Instructor at Studio One Art Center in Oakland. Richmond Art Center, and Walnut Creek Civic Arts are among the other locations where she has taught glass classes in the SF Bay Area. As a partner in the former Hot Flash Glass studio in Berkeley, she participated in Berkeley Artisans and Pro Arts East Bay Open Studios. She received a BA from Cal State Hayward and exhibits her work in local galleries.
