Take BART! West Oakland BART is only two blocks away.
    From West Oakland BART Station-
Exit the station onto 7th Street, turn right and walk 2 blocks east to Union (at the 2nd light). The Crucible is on the northwest corner of 7th & Union.

  5. Local Buses/AC Transit:
Take either #19 bus or #62 bus to 7th Street at Union

  6. Parking: The Crucible supports our guests to use BART, public transit or carpool. The Crucible has a small parking lot on the corner of 7th & Union. Spaces are limited and only available on a first come first serve basis. We have paid lots located near The Crucible. Please be considerate to our neighbors who live nearby and use these lots. Our fund raisers draw up to 500 people per night and impact already crowded street parking.  Please only park in designated parking facilities. The BART parking lot is close by and free. There is a paid parking lot at 7th Street and Kirkham. Please do not park in lots owned by our neighbors or local businesses - they will tow your car.

  7. Common Sense Safety:
We encourage you to help each other out by providing rides to BART, walking together to your cars, and carpooling. As with any urban environment, be aware of your surroundings when walking after dark. Please do not leave valuables in your car.
