Foundry Instructor & Head of Area Nick DiPhillipo has channeled his interest in burning and melting things into relatively non-destructive activities - for the last 28 years, he's worked as a professional metal caster in the areas of sandcasting and lost wax casting with a focus on designing and buiding equipment used in the casting process. He is currently working to improve the foundry facility at The Crucible. |
